Delivery and Returns

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION SURROUNDING COVID-19 WE TEMPORARILY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 


UK Delivery

Items online are made to order or come from international suppliers so a 12 working day lead-time is to be anticipated from date of order to delivery unless item is in stock and can take 2-3 working days for delivery.
Should your item be held up and exceed this 12 day lead time please then contact our sales team regarding your delivery and we can assist you further.
All other delivery enquires we ask customers to work from this 12 working day lead time and refrain from emailing our sales team unless there has been a change of your delivery address.


International Delivery

Please anticipate a 15 working day delivery lead time for international deliveries (this may run over due to customs logistics or third party interfaces) Any queries please contact our sales team directly for lead-time and postal costs.

Returns

All orders are EXCHANGE ONLY, but non-return if your order is made bespoke to your measurements (see T&C's for further info). Orders for exchange must be posted back within 7 days with full name, order number and reason for exchange.
All garments should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry-cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume, and deodorant or body lotion when trying on the garment.
All exchanges must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all the returning items by recorded delivery/ proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss. We will process your request for either a credit note or exchange as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for this to done.

Insurance and Disclaimer

For Her Boutique and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit, a signature is always required for any item delivered, at which point responsibility for you’re purchased goods passes to you. Please ensure that you provide an address at which you know your parcel will reach you safely. If you are not available to sign for your parcel at your provided address you will be left an ‘attempted delivery’ card from the courier on how you can go about collecting your parcel from your local depot or rearranging delivery online.

We do not provide a returns address on our parcels so you will have a 12 day period to collect your item/or arrange redelivery online before the courier company dispose of your parcel. For Her Boutique are not responsible for third party interfaces please see clause FORCE MAJEURE under our Terms and Conditions.
